Making the Blueprint

Time to get those ideas on paper. Our architects will work their magic, creating detailed plans that not only look great but also sail through the permit office. We will also handle all the paperwork and obtain permits from the concerned authority.

Prepare Site and Construct Foundation

Frame and Weatherproof

Next, we will build the framework for the new structure, followed by the installation of sheathing, roofing, doors, and windows. This stage focuses on creating a weathertight structure.

Up next, we will rough in all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC elements, meaning we will complete the wiring, ductwork, and piping while the floors, walls, and ceilings are still in their raw framed condition. 

Interior Finishing

Complete Exterior and Landscaping
